Best Small Coffeemaker
Drip coffee is one of the most commonly enjoyed beverages the world over. Each and every day, millions of people wake up and prepare coffee to get themselves going, yet some simply aren’t satisfied with their coffee maker. 2. Krups Moka Brew – Although not technically a small coffee maker (it brews 8-cups), this machine has a quite a loyal following. In fact, there are 85 unique 4.5-star reviews on Amazon and many more positive comments on popular coffee forums. Unlike most coffee machines that use heated water to saturate the grounds, often times resulting in an under-extracted watery mess, the Moka Brew uses steam to provide a low pressure brewing process. Like the Technivorm, the Moka Brew brews within the optimal temperature range. Because of the unique brewing process, the resulting cup is rich and resembles coffee brewed in a French Press. The Moka Brew retails for about $150 through Amazon.
While both of these machines are on the pricey side, they represent the absolute best in electronic coffee maker technology. They don’t include built in grinders or fancy electronics because they don’t need to. They brew at the correct temperature and saturate the coffee grounds evenly and without overdoing it. By purchasing one of the machines mentioned above, you will have a coffee maker that is capable of brewing the coffee you’ve dreamed of.
