Blue Coffee Maker

If you’re looking for an appliance that will set your kitchen apart from the millions of bland and uninspiring kitchens in America then you should consider a blue coffee maker. Even if you’re looking to add a bit of visual interest to your office, blue coffee makers can give you just what you’re looking for. Of course in looking at the various options that exist at your local home retailer, you might think that such machines don’t exist. In fact, it’s quite typical for most stores to carry nothing more than black, white or stainless steel machines. Not to fear, however, as there are a fair number of blue machines available from brands that you’ve actually heard of.

When researching for this article, we actually had to do a bit of research into where to find these blue coffee machines. While we normally like to rely on Amazon for product information, they actually don’t carry any blue automatic drip coffee makers. Yes, that’s right – Amazon doesn’t carry them! They do carry a blue French press however, which is made by LaCafetiere. The press pot is an 8 cup model that is coated in an attractive cobalt blue enamel. In terms of drip coffee makers, we had to turn to Google to find the following coffee makers:

1. Hamilton Beach Intrigue Blue Coffee Maker – this little machine is actually pretty attractive with its medium blue color and stainless steel front overlay. The machine brews 12 cups at a time and feature programmable controls. The machine supposedly even adjusts the temperature of the hot plate so as not to scorch the finished product. These machines are part of the manufacturer’s effort to introduce retro-style coffee makers to the public.

2. Cuisinart Blue Coffee Maker – also a 12 cup machine, the Cuisinart Brew Central coffeemaker features an industrial looking stainless face with a blue base. Pair this machine with a Cuisinart coffee grinder and you’ll have a great, yet simple setup for producing excellent coffee.

As you can see, there really aren’t many blue coffee makers out there for purchase. It seems that while many companies produce them for a time, they are eventually discontinued. A great place to find a blue coffee machine is to search online auction sites like EBay or even local classifieds such as Craigslist. However you choose to find your machine, there is no doubt that a blue small coffee maker would make a great addition to your kitchen, particularly if you’re looking to make a splash without spending a great deal of money in the process.
